The Maison Tacot Collection
Each piece in our collection has lived a long life in France before making its way to Maison Tacot. Because these are true antiques, please expect "honest wear" consistent with age. This may include light gilt loss on frames, small firing marks in stoneware, or gentle foxing on antique paper. We believe these imperfections are a testament to their history and add to their soulful, one-of-a-kind nature.
We provide high-resolution photos and detailed descriptions for every item. Please review them carefully and reach out if you have any questions or would like additional information prior to purchase.
Shipping & Handling
Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Method: We primarily ship via USPS and UPS to ensure all items are tracked. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your order is dispatched.
Oversized Items: For larger paintings, we use specialized packing materials to protect heavy gilt frames. A subsidized shipping fee is applied at checkout to cover these additional logistics.
International: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Local Pickup (Atlanta, GA)
We are pleased to offer complimentary local pickup for our Atlanta-based collectors.
Coordination: If you select this option at checkout, please allow 24 hours for us to contact you via email.
Location: For the privacy of our home and the safety of our customers, all pickups are coordinated at a pre-arranged public meeting point in the Old Fourth Ward area.
Returns & Damages
All Sales Final: Due to the unique and fragile nature of our inventory, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We are happy to send additional photos or videos of any piece upon request to help you feel confident in your purchase.
Damages: While we pack every item with extreme care, we know that accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@maisontacot.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include photos of the exterior packaging and the damaged item for insurance purposes.
